Non-Immigrant Visas

Form I-94

If you returned home with your Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Form I-94 (white) or Form I-94W (green) Departure Record in your passport, it means that your departure was not recorded properly.  If you do not take steps to correct this oversight, you may experience difficulty on your next trip to the United States.  For information on the procedures to follow in such an instance, please follow the link to the web site operated by the DHS Bureau of Customs and Border Protection (CBP): I-94 Instructions
